Your personal data may be processed by Prime Brokers Realty, acting as data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal Data Processed
When you contact us through our contact form, by phone, by email, or at our offices, personal data such as your full name, phone number, email address, the neighborhood/property you are interested in, and the content of the message you send us may be processed.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Contacting you regarding your request or inquiry,
- Providing real estate advisory services and carrying out related processes,
- Offering you suitable recommendations regarding the properties in our portfolio,
- Carrying out customer relationship management processes,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and sharing information with competent authorities upon request.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction of your data; to request that correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred; to object to a result that is to your detriment arising from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems; and to request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your data.

8. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the periods stipulated by applicable legislation and for as long as required by the purpose of processing; upon expiry of these periods, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
