Corporate discipline, a boutique model
Our founding team entered the industry in 2006 within Turkey's leading international real estate brands. We worked as managers and senior advisors; in 2014, we established and ran the first Turkish office of one of those brands.
Those years taught us two things: how a corporate business actually runs, and exactly where large structures fall short. Many advisors, many listings, little personal attention. Matching the right property with the right party was too often lost in the shadow of volume.
In 2020, we founded our own brand. The goal was not to grow larger, but to sustain the same corporate standard with fewer, more qualified advisors and a personalized approach. Today we are a team of ten from different disciplines, and our combined experience exceeds a century.
We started out in Beyoğlu, and we have never let go of the depth we built there. But the method for truly learning a neighborhood is the same everywhere: walking the streets, tracking past sales, knowing each building's own history. Today we apply that same method in Şişli and Nişantaşı, in Beşiktaş and Bebek, in Kadıköy and along the Bosphorus.
